REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND SUPPORT POLICY.

1. Order Cancellations
24-Hour Window: You can request a cancellation and a full refund for your order within the first 24 hours after your purchase.
After 24 Hours: Once this timeframe has passed, your order has already been processed and shipped by our international distribution centers. Therefore, cancellations or modifications cannot be made while the package is in transit. You will need to wait until you receive the item to manage your case.
2. Returns and Refunds
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged, broken, or does not work properly, you have 7 calendar days from the receipt of the package to inform us.
Claim Process: To claim your warranty, you must send an email to our support team including:
Your order number.
Clear photos or a short video showing the flaw or defect of the product.
Once the condition of the item is verified, we will process a replacement at no additional cost or issue the corresponding refund. We do not accept returns for personal dissatisfaction or change of mind once the product has been delivered in optimal condition.
